What do you need to know when entering Russia


Memo on the observance of security measures in places with a mass gathering of people, things and objects prohibited to be carried for public events

In places of public events it is prohibited:

1. To be in a state of intoxication insulting human dignity and public morality;

2. To carry out actions that pose a threat to their own security, life, health, as well as the safety, life and health of other persons in the place of the mass event or in the adjacent territory;

3. To insult other persons (including using banners, posters, banners and other means of visual agitation) and perform other actions discrediting honor, dignity or business reputation or aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as degrading the dignity of a person or group persons based on gender, race, nationality, language, descent, attitude to religion;

4. To hide their faces, including the use of masks, as well as disguises and other items specifically designed to make it difficult to identify;

5. To transfer to the venue of the mass event and use:

- weapons of any type, including self-defense and ammunition;

- piercing or cutting objects

- explosive, poisonous, poisonous and pungently smelling substances;

- radioactive materials;

- flammable and pyrotechnic substances or products (except for matches, pocket lighters), including signal flares, flares, firecrackers, gas cylinders and objects (chemical materials) that can be used to make pyrotechnic products or fumes;

- alcoholic beverages of any kind, narcotic and toxic substances or stimulants;

- drinks in glass or tin containers;

- propaganda materials of an extremist nature or containing Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations;

- technical means (quad copters), radio stations, means of sound amplification.
